Resetting your forgotten password

If you believe you have forgotten your password, or you just want to reset your password, you can click the 'Forgot Password' link below the password input.

If you do not see this input and do not have the 'Forgot Password' button, that's likely because your organization uses SSO or a magic link to sign in. In that case, you'll see a button for SSO (your email provider), or just an input for your email to send the magic link.

When you click 'Forgot Password', you will get an email with a link that prompts you to create a new email. After setting up a new password, you can then log in with the new password.

If you are having trouble, our support team can also help you reset your password.

Please remember, Dotwork will never ask you to share your password with our team. You should never your password with anyone. Report any suspicious emails or activity to our team.
